Below US market. Transparent. Outcome-aligned.
Personal, not parasocial — a real senior engineer on the other end of every weekly session. Payment plans on every core program. Pass-or-keep-going commitment means you don't pay extra if the exam takes longer than planned. No card on file until you decide to continue.

Two reasons. First, we're new. Founding-cohort pricing is how we earn our first named success stories — which then justify market-rate pricing later. You get the same program, less the social proof we haven't earned yet.
Second, our cost base lets us. We don't run a $4,000/month Manhattan office. We don't buy YouTube ads. We don't have an upsell funnel of 14 other courses. The price you see is the price for the program — no surprises, no "but actually you need this $499 add-on for the labs."
Can't afford it but seriously committed?
We hold back a small number of need-based scholarship seats every quarter for learners who genuinely can't pay even the founding-cohort rate but are committed and ready to put in the work. No fancy application — just an honest short message telling us your situation, your timeline, and why CCNA® matters to your career.
Pricing questions
Is the first session really free? +
Yes. Not a sales call — the actual first session of the program. You meet your mentor, work through real content, and only commit to the program if it feels right afterwards. No payment details required up front.
Do you offer payment plans? +
Yes — every core program can be split into monthly payments (shown on each card above). No interest, no credit check.
When am I charged? +
After the free first session, once you decide to continue. Not before.
How does payment actually work? +
No card on file. The site does not collect payment up front. Once you decide to continue after the free first session, you receive a secure invoice and pay via bank transfer or Payoneer. No merchant we do not control ever touches your card details.
Refund policy? +
Full refund within the first 14 days, no questions asked. After that, prorated — you only pay for the sessions delivered.
Is "founding cohort" pricing forever? +
No. Founding pricing is per program for the first 10 students of each. Once those seats are filled, that program returns to standard pricing.
What about US students on F-1 / OPT? +
You're welcome. The program is online and self-paced enough to fit around your studies. We do not currently sponsor visas.
Veterans / GI Bill? +
PacketMentor is not yet GI Bill accredited. If you're a US veteran, message us — we offer a separate veteran-friendly payment plan.
