Pricing reflects working with us during our founding-year period — first 5 enterprise engagements receive founding-rate pricing. Compare to: typical US 1:1 CCNA mentorship runs $2,500–$5,000 per learner; team pricing is roughly half per-seat at 5+ trainees.

How small can a team be? +
We typically work with teams of 3–25. Below 3, individuals usually book the 1:1 CCNA Career Track directly. Above 25, we run multiple parallel cohorts.
Can you train in our own facility / hybrid model? +
Most engagements run fully online over weekly video sessions. On-site kickoff or quarterly review visits are available in the continental US for an additional travel-cost line item — usually quoted separately on the SOW.
What does the SOW typically include? +
Scope (cert level, # of trainees, weekly cadence, duration), deliverables (sessions, projects, mock exams), schedule (cohort start + end dates, milestone checkpoints), pricing (lump sum or per-seat), payment terms (Net-30 default), success criteria (pass rate target), and an explicit out clause.
Do you sign mutual NDAs? +
Yes. Standard mutual NDA is fine; we can also work under your existing master NDA / MSA if one is in place. We do not require any data or systems access — training is curriculum-based, not embedded.
Payment terms? +
Net-30 is our default. Net-45 / Net-60 negotiable for procurement-driven enterprises. 50% deposit on SOW execution + 50% on completion is the most common structure. Invoiced from a US-style billing entity; W-9 available on request.
How do you measure outcomes? +
Three measures, agreed in the SOW: (1) attendance + completion rate (>90% target), (2) pre/post-assessment delta (specific skill areas), (3) certification pass rate within agreed window. Quarterly read-out report with trainee feedback summarized.
What about confidentiality of training material? +
All training material is licensed for use within your organization for the duration of the engagement + 12 months post-completion. We do not retain any of your organization's data; you do not redistribute the curriculum externally.
Can you tailor curriculum to our specific environment? +
Yes. Standard CCNA / CCNP blueprints are the foundation; we can layer in vendor-specific or environment-specific labs (your specific switch models, your routing protocol stack, your security posture) as a paid scope add-on.
Who delivers the training? +
A working senior network engineer with hands-on enterprise CCNA + CCNP experience. References are available under NDA before SOW execution.
How quickly can we start? +
Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from signed SOW to first cohort session, allowing for trainee onboarding, schedule finalization, and pre-assessment delivery. Expedited starts available with a 25% premium.
